With the Madden 24 release date nearly here, Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass subscribers will be eager to know if they can get on the latest title as members. Will their subscription allow them to test the biggest announcements of the next in the Madden NFL franchise?

Is Madden 24 on Game Pass?
Madden 24 will not be available on Game Pass from launch. The biggest new titles rarely are, and you will be waiting a long time before it does hit the service. Madden 23 was included in the service on February 9, 2023, so we would expect a similar time of year for Madden 24. That will give players who didn’t opt for the newest game to give it a proper run out before Madden 25, possibly promoting them to buy the next title.

Based on previous schedules, Madden typically lands on subscription services around the end of the NFL season. That happens with the Super Bowl in February, and it’s usually earlier in the month. With that in mind, we believe Madden 24 will land there around the middle of February, but this is not confirmed.
However, a 10-hour trial will be available for PC and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play subscribers. With EA Play included in the Game Pass Ultimate service, those who choose to pay a slight premium can try out Madden 24 at the earliest possible time! That includes full access to the title, including Madden Ultimate Team, Franchise Mode, and Superstar Mode – the replacement for Face of the Franchise.
Madden 24 early access starts on August 15, which can be accessed by those who pre-order the Deluxe Edition, or have EA Play (included in Game Pass Ultimate). This will get them on the game three days earlier than the worldwide release, on August 18. Other rewards included in the pre-order bonuses are Dual Entitlement, a Josh Allen Elite Player Item, and a choice of two Strategy Items (one offense and one defense).
Game Pass covers Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with EA Play available on all, as well as PlayStation 4 and PS5. This allows gamers from every platform to leap on Madden 24 ASAP. EA Play Pro members will also receive 500 Madden Points with each monthly Madden NFL log-in from August 2023 to July 2024, a Launch Welcome Pack in MUT, and gain monthly Ultimate Team Pack and Vanity rewards.
As soon as Microsoft announces the inclusion of Madden 24 on Game Pass, this article will be updated. Expect to see that revealed at the start of 2024.
