Does MW3 beta progress carry over?

No. Sadly – as confirmed by the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 (2023) beta website, your experience will not carry over into the full game.

While your XP progress and ranks, etc won’t carry over, you will instead get a number of MW3 beta rewards for your time and for taking part in the beta that you’ll unlock as you play, including a bright red Tester skin. You can read about those in our handy MW3 beta rewards guide over here.

It’s also worth noting that the full game will include a scheme called Carry Forward. that will allow you to use your MW2 unlocks and cosmetics in MW3 – you can read more about that in our MW3 Carry Forward guide. However, Carry Forward will not be a part of the MW2 beta, so you won’t be able to use any of your existing stuff until the full game launches either.
