The Finals Season 3 has been mostly well received so far, but there has been some complaints from the community. While the biggest complaint involves the removal of Cashout from Ranked, fans have also been disgruntled with some overpowered weapons and gadgets. Fortunately, The Finals update 3.1.0 patch notes deliver nerfs for weapons and gadgets complained about by fans.
Thanks to yesterday’s Twitch Rivals event, Embark has fixed the biggest problem with Season 3 for new players. Since the launch of Season 3, fans haven’t been happy with the removal of Cashout from Ranked, and fans have all agreed that the LH1 sorely needs nerfs thanks to the buff that was added in update 3.0.0.
While Cashout hasn’t returned to Ranked, the good news is that the much complained about LH1 and Sonar have received nerfs in The Finals update 3.1.0 patch notes.

Unranked Terminal Attack
- The mode now randomly selects the starting player and objective spawn scenario, proceeding through the sequence of scenarios from that pointDev note: Terminal Attack previously had the same set sequence of scenarios as Ranked Terminal Attack, but due to it featuring less rounds, you would less often get to see the later combinations of team and objective spawns. By giving it a random starting point in the sequence, you can now experience and practice all of them more regularly.
