The year is wrapping up, and this means stores are providing sales to help gamers splash the cash on a host of excellent video games for Christmas. The Steam Winter Sale 2024 start time countdown is nearly over, and it’s something players will want to take advantage of as the confirmed games list so far includes some major GOTY winners.

While 2024 has been a very good year of releases, 2025 is poised to be even better before the knowledge of any delays. The GTA 6 release date is still pegged for 2025, although it won’t launch day one on PC, and there’s also upcoming releases for Borderlands 4, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, and Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

Yes, next year should be another phenomenal 12-months of video game releases, but, before the new year arrives, you will want to take advantage of the Steam Winter Sale 2024. The start time countdown is nearly over, and some exceptional games are known to be included.
