Days Gone developer Sony Bend has revealed in a new job listing that it's working on a new triple-A project.

It's way too early for any significant details at this point, although with Days Gone not out until February we can assume the studio is going to be juggling two major games at this point. One interesting tidbit is that colour will apparently be a vital factor in the game, though.

'Responsible for creating concept art that dictates the lighting and color palette throughout the game.  This is integral to the entire game, and includes creating color keys for the environments, characters, and cinematics that match the emotional intention of the game design and story beats,' it reads.

New IP is always a good thing, although admittedly I'm slightly disappointed it's not an existing property. I was always a strong shipper for Sony Bend taking over the reins of the Uncharted franchise, but there we go.

Days Gone is currently in development exclusively for PlayStation 4, and will launch on February 22, 2019. VideoGamer freelancer Ian Dransfield braved the not-zombie hordes at E3, so have a gander at his impressions here.
