Palworld has been one of the biggest and best games of the year, and the IP is set to get even bigger. Pocketpair are committed to expanding the property away from just the video game, and that can be seen with the release of official merchandise. You can now pre-order cute Palworld merchandise, but there is bad news and you will need to hurry.
This new merchandise comes courtesy of Pocketpair’s newly announced partnership with Sony and Aniplex. The developer has responded to fans worried about the partnership with Sony, and it doesn’t mean the game will definitely land on PlayStation, although a PS5 console release was teased before the partnership’s announcement.
There are numerous ways Pocketpair can make the Palworld IP even bigger, and the release of merchandise is just the beginning. You can now pre-order some undeniably cute plushies, but only if you reside in the few supported territories.
Palworld merchandise now available to pre-order
Per an official announcement on Palworld_EN, fans of the hit game can now pre-order official Palworld merchandise from Aniplex.
The items available to pre-order are as follows:
- Cattiva Pal Plush – $26.99
- Chillet Pal Plush – $26.99
- Depresso Pal Plush – $26.99
Again, they are only available to pre-order, and on the Aniplex website there’s no mention of when they will ship. Unfortunately, there is some bad news to accompany these wonderful plushies.
The first bad news is that it is limited stock only. “Sales will end when the maximum number is reached,” so you will need to act quickly if you wish to buy one of the plushies.
The second piece of really bad news is that you can only pre-order right now if you live in either the USA or Canada. The pre-order page says it available for the territories US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand, but if you go to check out the only country/region you can select for delivery is United States and Canada.
This is really unfortunate as evidenced by the replies on Twitter. People are distraught that there is no support for the EU as well as places like Australia and Africa. Hopefully this changes in the future, but right now you can only buy and expect a delivery if you reside in the USA or Canada.
