The release date for Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 is April 3rd, 2024. This is confirmed by Activision in their announcement blog post detailing all of the new and returning content.

You can preload MW3 Season 3 on PC via battle.net right now. It should also become available to download ahead of launch on PlayStation.

Some of the highlights that will be available from day one include the return of Rebirth Island, as well as Ranked Play for Modern Warfare 3. There will also be Capture the Flag along with an assortment of new modes joining mid-season.

When does MW3 Season 3 start?

The release time for when MW3 Season 3 will start is 9 AM PT/ 12 PM ET/ 5 PM BST on April 3rd. Again, this is officially confirmed by Activision, and it applies to Modern Warfare 3, Warzone, and Warzone Mobile.

While the new chapter begins Wednesday, you have until April 20th for Cheech and Chong skins from the Up In Smoke film. Again, there will be more mid-season additions such as Checkpoint and Grime as new maps, and Minefield and Escort as new modes.
