Here’s how to use it to your advantage and duplicate items into different matches.
How to do new Tombstone glitch in MW3 Zombies
Load into a match of Call of Duty MW3 Zombies. Before you embark on this glitch, be sure to get all the items you want to be in your tombstone, such as an Aether Blade Case, Legendary Aether Tool, or The Scorcher Case. Whatever you want to keep, pick it up.
Purchase the Tombstone Soda perk from the machine. This is not an easy perk to acquire. You need to check your map beforehand and see where it spawned. Use the legend to see, but it may be in a difficult area to get to. Mark it on the map and head there. You may need to use an ATV, which I did, since I spawned 1500 meters from the machine.
Once you have the perk, let the zombies kill you and hold the button to completely give up and die out. Allow your teammate to revive you. Head back to the location that you died. Again, you may be unlucky and have to travel quite a distance. Pay attention to the danger level where you are.
Pick up your tombstone and get all the items back. Play the game as usual if you want from there. When you’re ready to move on, let yourself go down again. Either leave your squad or make sure that your teammate is ready to die as well.
Load into a new match. Find the place where you first died and your tombstone will still be there. Pick it up and then buy a large backpack. Go back to the Tombstone Soda machine and buy the perk a second time. Before using any items in your backpack, let the zombies kill you once more and go down and die out again.

From there, you can play the game as normal and use your items. If you die and lose, you can do this again in the next match to effectively keep the items endlessly. Please note that every step is essential. You must do them and do them in the correct order or it won’t work.
This is a glitch, so it may not work perfectly every single time. Furthermore, Activision may well patch it eventually. It is worth noting that a similar version of this glitch existed prior to the recent update. The above steps are the way to do it after the patch, so it should still work. I tested it and it worked fine, though it wasn’t exactly easy to do everything.
