Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 is in full swing, bringing a post-apocalyptic setting to the game with a Fallout collaboration, new Bosses, vehicle modifications, and more. With the season just beginning, there is plenty of time for new updates to bring new content to the game and a recent leak points to the return of many classic items and weapons.

Fortnite leaker HYPEX has revealed that multiple items have been updated with the latest 30.000 patch and could be set to return to the game in future updates. These weapons are,

  • Med-Mist
  • Dynamite
  • Impulse Grenades
  • Crash Pad Jr.
  • Lock On Pistol (set to receive Epic/Legendary rarities)
  • Rift-To-Go

With the returning Heavy Sniper Rifle that will do 3x damage to vehicles, having other mobility items will be a great addition to the loot pool, and many players have missed items such as the Rift To Go which became a staple in the game for many seasons. When it comes to healing, the Med Most has long been one of the most popular items as its capabilities could keep up with even the strongest storm circles and was an essential part of most competitive matches. The Lock On Pistol is a great returning weapon, although it’s lock on ability can be incredibly overpowered in the right hands. But, with multiple Bosses to deal with along with modified cars, the Lock On Pistol could be a great way to deal a large amount of damage and even the odds.

In addition to all the changes in this new post-apocalyptic season, it also looks like Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration is coming to the game soon. And if you want a change from Battle Royale, an iconic metal band could be coming to Fortnite Festival Season 4 following the addition of Pro Lead and Bass charts for all input devices.
