While Diablo 4 players have been calling for more Stronghold variety in the last few days, they’ve now set their eyes on the game’s over 120 dungeons, more specifically, the lack of unique boss encounters the dungeons have. Taking to social media a number of fans have been quick to point out the disparity between the amount of dungeons in the game and the small number of bosses that occupy them.

Over on the Diablo 4 Reddit, User JamboreeStevens questioned, “How do we have over 120 dungeons and only like 12 bosses?” Continuing in their post they said, “If you’re gonna have so many dungeons, at least have more unique bosses. Could also use more enemies, but they live to die in droves so it matters less”. Other players were quick to agree with many pointing out that they’ve faced the Blood Bishop and Tomb Lord on so many occasions that one player proclaimed, “The Tomb lord is the real end-game boss of D4”.

Another player even noted that Blizzard wouldn’t have to spend that much time designing new bosses for the player to fight. Instead, they could take some from the game’s campaign and use them in dungeons. Sure they’re not the most original enemies to fight if you’ve already battled with them in the campaign but they’d sure help spice up your playthrough of a dungeon rather than fighting the Blood Bishop or Tomb Lord for the twentieth time.

These calls for more dungeon boss variety come after Diablo 4 players begged Blizzard to add some more Stronghold variety just a few days ago, with some players proclaiming that “Strongholds, are the best content in the game”. In other Diablo 4 news, Diablo 4 players are trying to grief Hardcore players and Diablo 4 players want to bring hell’s fury on road barriers.
