PlayStation has announced it’ll be holding a new State of Play broadcast tomorrow evening.

As per the PlayStation Blog, the broadcast will kick off at 10pm UK time and will run for about twenty minutes. It’s worth noting that PlayStation say the broadcast will include a “special focus” on games from Japanese publishers. This likely includes titles from Square Enix and Capcom, as two examples. However, the announcement also mentions “a few updates from other developers located around the world too”.

So what can we expect? It’s largely anyone’s guess at the moment. Likely candidates include a closer look at Lost Judgment‘s The Kaito Files expansion which was dated yesterday. It’s likely there’ll be one more look at Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin ahead of its arrival later this month too. We know there won’t be any PlayStation VR2 news or games however, as the announcement rules updates on those out.

Turning to recent rumours, there’s been whispers of Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 2 being close to a reveal. Or maybe there’ll be word from Bandai Namco on potential Elden Ring DLC? We don’t have too long to find out. The broadcast will go live on PlayStation’s Twitch and YouTube channels.

The PlayStation State of Play broadcast will kick off at 10pm UK time on Wednesday, March 9.
