Kurt Angle Signatures and Finishers in WWE 2K24
Kurt Angle isn’t the most creative, with all of his signature moves bearing the same name. Sadly, there isn’t much variety for the wrestler in 2K24, with the Ankle Lock being the main attack, simply with seven different Finisher variations.
Furthermore, Angle doesn’t have his own Super Finisher. Here is a table showing every Signature and Finisher available to Kurt Angle in WWE 2K24:
Character | Signature Move | Finisher | Super Finisher |
---|---|---|---|
Kurt Angle | Angle Slam Avalanche Angle Slam | Ankle Lock 1 Ankle Lock 2 Ankle Lock 3 Ankle Lock 4 Ankle Lock 5 Ankle Lock 6 Ankle Lock 7 | None |
The main difference between all of these Ankle Lock finishers is that they are performed from different positions.
How to perform Kurt Angle Signatures and Finishers in WWE 2K24
Before we get into Kurt Angle’s Signatures and Finisher and how to perform them, you will need to pay attention to the various positioning each move requires. You can see all of these in Kurt Angle’s move list, but we’ll detail it further down.
In WWE 2K24, Signatures and Finishers have two distinct meters for both special attacks. These meters fill up when you perform taunts, land hits, and other things you will naturally do throughout a fight. The Signature moves are tied to the Momentum Meter.
This meter is also used to perform Instant Recovery and Paybacks at the cost of draining the gauge. The Finisher Meter is different, insofar as it is three separate bars. This means you can fill up and save three instances of a Finisher at any time.
Finishers need to be performed from different locations and positions in relation to your opponent, so make sure you check the move list before trying. Check out this table we’ve put together for a list of Kurt Angle’s moves:
Name | Button Input | Move Type | Positioning |
---|---|---|---|
Angle Slam | R2 + Square | Signature | Location: In-ring and ringside. Positioning: Standing behind |
Avalanche Angle Slam | R2 + Square | Signature | Location: In-ring. Positioning: Top rope – front |
Ankle Lock 1 | R2 + X | Finisher | Location: In-ring. Positioning: Prone – lower body |
Ankle Lock 2 | R2 + X | Finisher | Location: In-ring. Positioning: Standing in front |
Ankle Lock 5 | R2 + X | Finisher | Location: In-ring. Positioning: Prone – lower body |
Ankle Lock 6 | R2 + X | Finisher | Location: In-ring and ringside. Positioning: Supine – lower body |
Ankle Lock 7 | R2 + X | Finisher | Location: In-ring and ringside. Positioning: Standing in front |
Always pay attention to the position and location conditions for your Finishers and Signatures. You must be in the right place to use the attack and have enough of the corresponding meter to perform it.
