How to make a Tears of the Kingdom hammer

How to make a hammer in Tears of the Kingdom

To make a hammer in Tears of the Kingdom, you’ll need two simple ingredients: a tree branch and a boulder. From there, use Link’s Fuse ability to combine them together to make a hammer. To use the Tears of the Kingdom Fuse ability, you just need to make sure you have the tree branch equipped, hit the Fuse command, and press the Y button to attach the boulder to the weapon. Not only is a hammer more powerful, being three times stronger than the tree branch, but it’s also more durable, meaning it will take longer to break in battle. 

Tree branches can be found on the floor lying near trees. They only have two attack points and are quite flimsy, so they’re not much good prior to fusing. As for boulders, you’ll be able to find them around in the overworld, typically near higher slopes. They’re both quite common to find, so you shouldn’t have much issue getting together what you need for the hammer.
