How to get Roselle in Skull and Bones
Similar to items like Hemp and Ramie, you can get Roselle by harvesting it from coasts using the sickle tool. Roselle can be found in the central Basin area of the Open Seas and near Port l’Hermine.
You will find Roselle around the coast of small islands in the open seas. There are about six plants that you can harvest from in the area which will get you around 100 of the material with each pass as long as each of the plants is available.

When harvesting, target the green section of the bar to get the most out of the plant. Upgrading the sickle will add a purple bar to the harvesting mini-game that will get you even more of the material you are harvesting if you hit it.
How to get Roselle Cloth in Skull and Bones
To obtain the refined material known as Roselle Cloth, you must refine Roselle at a refinery. You can find a refinery at Sainte-Anne or in Telok Penjarah. It takes five of this material to refine it so make sure you collect enough for the items you intend to craft. You can also get Roselle Cloth from trade ships that are crossing the open seas. This is a much more dangerous method of obtaining this material since the ships that cross these waters tend to be around levels 8 to 10. If you aren’t strong enough, you can easily get blown out of the water by cannon fire.
Best way to farm Roselle in Skull and Bones
As you can see by the map below, Roselle is mainly found around islands in the middle of the open seas. This area will get you a large amount of the raw material and can easily be reached without needing to fight other ships. You can sail from the port at The Oubliette in Port l’Hermine to the Central Basin in a short period of time.
While harvesting this material, you can get the refined version of it by attacking a few ships. Just be careful if you go this route as the ships in this area are quite strong. You can also purchase the refined material from La Bastide. La Bastide is also able to be plundered but that is unadvised until you have a ship that is at least rank 10.
