Unfortunately, the hospital itself isn’t found as a lot in any of the worlds, so there’s no way to get to it without meeting one of these conditions.

Can you visit the hospital in the base game?

Technically yes, you can visit the hospital if you’re Sim goes into labor and chooses to have the baby there, but without the Get To Work expansion, it’s merely a rabbit hole. Your Sim will disappear into the building pregnant and walk out with a baby.

It is possible to edit the hospital in The Sims 4, by using cheats. Here’s what you need to do:

• Open the cheat console by pressing CTRL + Shift + C on keyboard or all four bumpers on controller
• Type ‘testingcheats on‘ and hit enter to enable cheats
• Type ‘bb.enablefreebuild‘ and hit enter to modify the hospital

This will allow you to enter Build Mode while on the lot and place whatever you’d like in the hospital. Be sure to leave the medical equipment items and a computer on the lot, though, or else the hospital can’t function properly.
