How to Change Costume in Resident Evil 4 Remake
Here’s a step-by-step break down to changing costume in Resident Evil 4 Remake:
- Go to the Resident Evil 4 Remake Main Menu.
- Tap the Main Story option.
- Select Extra, then choose which outfit you want to use.
To change costumes and accessories in Resident Evil 4 Remake, you’ll need to access the Extra portion of the Main Story menu in the main menu – the one you see when first loading up the game. Note that you can’t change costume in the middle of the game, and you’ll need to return to the main menu to switch up Leon or Ashley’s outfit.
Secondly, you’ll need actual costumes to switch to. These are primarily unlocked for beating the game on different difficulty settings but are also available as extras for buying the Digital Deluxe and Collector’s Editions of the game.
Others are only available if you complete the game on a set difficulty and score a specific rank. Most won’t unlock automatically; you’ll need to visit the Extra Content Shop in the Bonuses part of the main menu and spend Completion Points (CP) on each item.
