How To Get Toxel In Scarlet and Violet?
The first step is to find a Toxel. This Pokemon inhabits the southwest part of Paldea, specifically in the Area Four of South Province. That’s the only location you can find Toxel in, but because this is one of the initial locations that you go through, you will easily be able to catch it quite early on in the game.

How To Evolve Toxel Into Toxtricity?
Toxel will automatically evolve into a much stronger and lethal-looking Toxtricity once it reaches Level 30. The trick to Toxel’s evolution is getting the form you want, which depends on Toxel’s nature.

There are two forms that Toxitricity can take: Amped Form and Low Key Form. The key difference in both forms is the appearance they have after evolving. The Amped Form looks much more bolder and aggressive, due to the stark yellow spikes it has on its head. On the other hand, the Low Key Form looks, well, low key. The combination of purple and blue gives a much more passive and sophisticated look.

The other major difference in both forms is the final attack that each of them can learn at Level 52. For the Amped Form, the attack is called Shift Gear; it’s a Steel-type attack that can raise Toxictricity’s attack and speed. The Low Key Form learns Magnetic Fluc, an electric type attack that raises the Defense and Special Defence of Toxitricity.
