Psyduck evolves into Golduck upon hitting level 33. That’s a pretty simple task once you can find and catch a Psyduck. After catching, you can utilize Tera Raid Battles, use a Lucky egg, and battle other trainers to quickly gain EXP and level up your Psyduck.
