To give you a speculative take on when MW3 Season 1 will end, it’s worth noting that MW3 Season 1 Reloaded will commence in late January 2024. If that’s the case, then we can say that Season 1 will end in late February or early March 2023. 

Also, depending on the traction the new season receives along the way, there’s always a chance that the developers could extend or even shorten it. So if for instance MW3 Season 1 is scheduled to end in late February, Activision might decide to end it in early February or even extend it to late March.
