If you are playing Road to the Show mode, you should be aware of the best betting stance in MLB The Show 24. There are a wide variety of ways you can mold this. How you stand in the box is not terribly pertinent to how you hit, as you still control that, but it is a fun way to customize your experience and it can aid you in some struggles. Your Road to the Show player can emulate current or historical players or make their own. Which one is the best, though?

Emulating your favorite player growing up is something all ballplayers do, even in virtual settings. However, I used to play baseball, and am working on recalling my own batting stance to try and mirror that in the game It’s tricky, but there are ways to do it, which I’ll get into below!
How to customize batting stance
You could, if you want, just use a generic player’s stance. Where’s the fun in that, though? If you do pass up on the mirrored batting stance of an existing player, you can mold your own. Go to the batting stance tab of your player in Road to the Show. You can adjust the player’s head level and more with this.
If you adjust your Hand Offset X, it will improve your late swings. Hand Offset Y helps with late swings. You can lower Hand Rotation or Hand Waggle Rotation to help with high pitches. You may raise it to help your player handle low baseball pitches.
Hips Offset X does the same as the hands metric, as does Hips Offset Y. Lower the Back Elbow Offset number to improve contact swings. On the other hand, raising it will boost power swings. Go ahead and lower the Front Elbow Offset to help with low pitches, but if it’s high pitches you want to change, raise it!
Lastly, raising Forward Foot Offset Z will allow you to hit to the opposite field more frequently. To pull the ball, lower this metric. The value for Forward Foot Offset X can be lowered if you want improve contact on late swings. Raise it to improve contact on early swings. If you’re seeing a trend in your RTTS player’s hitting, try tweaking these things to adjust. There’s a huge variety of options. This is consistent on all platforms.
This is, however, exclusive to Road to the Show. In Franchise Mode or Diamond Dynasty, players have preset batting stances. These can’t be changed, since they’re designed to model the real player and they wouldn’t be themselves if they didn’t have the correct stance in the box.
That’s everything you need to know about the best batting stance in MLB The Show 24, but be sure to check out how to steal bases, how to get stubs, and how to play as a woman.
