The world is looking rather corrupt in Lightyear Frontier and it is your mission to restore these fallen areas. One of the first locations you should visit in the game is Pine Heights. Doing so will help you progress, get more materials, and help the ecosystem. Of course, you need to remove all that nasty Noxious Slime first. To restore Pine Heights, you need to remove all of the Noxious Slime covering the area. This is done by using your vacuum to collect water and then using the irrigation hose to wash the slime away. Once all of the slime is gone the region will be restored to its former glory.
How to remove the Noxious Slime in Pine Heights in Lightyear Frontier
To restore Pine Heights in Lightyear Frontier, you need to destroy all the Noxious Slime in the area. Luckily, you only have this hazard to deal with as there are no Noxious Weeds in the area. To remove the Noxious Slime, you need to harvest water with your Vacuum Harvester and spray the slime with your Irrigation Hose.

To reach Pine Heights, head west from the yellow forest that is The Meadows. There are a few pathways that lead into the region but we suggest using the more southern one because it leads to a larger body of water. There is a smaller body of water in the northern region for when you are done clearing the south.
As the slime disappears, you will see a progress bar fill at the top of your screen. Once you have cleared enough of the slime to get the progress bar to 100%, the rest of the slime will disappear and the area will be restored. Once it becomes a new day, you will find multiple new resources such as softwood that you can use for crafting and mech upgrades. You will also gain progress in the ancient ruins.
