To get Red Crystal Dust, you need to get your hands on Red Crystals. Red Crystals can be found in the Pine Heights region and require the Spike Saw to obtain. Once you have Red Crystals, you need to build the Grinder. Place the crystals in the Grinder and you will get two vials of Red Crystal Dust.
How to get Red Crystals in Lightyear Frontier
To get Red Crystals in Lightyear Frontier, you first need to restore the Pine Heights region. Without this area restored, you won’t be able to get this resource. Once you have that objective complete, locate the ruins in the Pine Heights Region. Red Crystals grow out of the ground around the area where the ruins are.

To obtain the crystals, you will need to use your mech’s Spike Saw. This will break the crystals apart and get you around three to five crystals per deposit. More crystals will spawn each day so be sure to return to the area to get more.
How to make Red Crystal Dust in Lightyear Frontier
Now that you have Red Crystals, you need to put them in a grinder to get Red Crystal Dust. To build the grinder, you need to get your hands on copper and copper wire. Once you have made copper wire, you will get the recipe to make the grinder which calls for 12 stone, 4 copper wire, and 4 aluminum rods.
With that built, you can start making Red Crystal Dust by taking a few Red Crystals and throwing them in the grinder. It takes one crystal to make two vials of Red Crystal Dust so you won’t need to try very hard to get a lot of this material.
