North of the Sphinx in Gizeh is a small unassuming house next to a trio of resting camels that you’ll likely discard as a piece of eye candy. But, venture closer and you’ll hear a voice pleading for help. A villager has managed to lock themselves inside the house while helping out a soldier and is asking you to find the key to get them out.
Circling the area around the house and even checking the camel pen won’t yield the key. Instead, it’s hidden out of sight, but is easy enough to find if you know where to look. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to find the Discarded Key in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
Where to find the Discarded Key in Indiana Jones
To find the Discarded Key, head to the northern side of the house where you’ll find a stack of crates and a crumbling wall. Climb onto the crates, then hop onto the wall, and look up and you’ll see white paint just below the roof indicating you can climb up. Jump up towards the roof and Indy will latch onto the ledge and pull himself up. On the roof, you’ll spot a bird nest with a glowing item. Inside the nest is the Discarded Key the villager is clamoring for you to find.
Grab the key and jump down from the roof. Make your way round to the door on the eastern side of the house and use the key to open it. The villager, worried he was going to starve, will thank you for your help and leave without offering up any sort of reward. Not to worry, though. Head inside the house and you’ll find a chest. Inside are two rolls of £75. Beyond the money, there’s no other rewards, nor does finding the key tick off any of the Gizeh area objectives, discoveries, or mysteries.
