The second group that can request a refund from Fortnite are users whose accounts were suspended between January 2017 and September 2022 and who had problems with unauthorized payments with their credit card companies. Those who received refunds from their bank for unauthorized payments are not included here.

The third and final group are Fortnite players who accidentally purchase unwanted items due to poor interface design. These players were also victims of poor design in the early days.
