With that in mind, we want to showcase some of the best coaching talents you can recruit in this year’s game, with all of these guys out of a job and available to hire immediately.

Mark Warburton

A manager who is well known for his success at Brentford, Warburton has transitioned into a coaching role and is easily one of the standout choices available in Football Manager 2024.

The perfect coach is someone who can tick all the boxes, boasting a great range of stats across the key areas. 

Warburton is exactly that, with the 61-year-old most recently completing his contract with West Ham as David Moyes’ assistant. 

A man who has a clear footballing philosophy, Warburton is a great option for any top-flight club. 

Gianluca Conte

Brother to the more famous member of the Conte family, Antonio, Gianluca is a more than capable coach who has worked at clubs like Tottenham, Inter and Chelsea.

Labeled as a technical coach, Conte can cover a number of different areas, quickly becoming a key asset for your team in Football Manager 2024. 

Whilst brother Antonio’s stock may have fallen after his time with Spurs, Gianluca shouldn’t be tarred with the same brush.
