How to reach the Hot Springs in Dragon’s Dogma 2

If you are trying to reach the Hot Springs in Dragon’s Dogma 2, you must travel to Agamen Volcanic Island. You can reach this area by traveling to the southern tip of Battahl. Here, you will find Drabnir’s Grotto. This cave will lead you through the mountain and to the volcanic island.

Once you arrive at the volcanic island, you will meet a dwarf NPC named Gautstafr. We recommend following his quest since he is traveling to the same destination as you and his quest will unlock the Magick Archer vocation. Continue along the main path until you reach the Volcanic Island Camp.

Follow the path up the hill in the camp and past the inn. Near the waterwheel, you will see a ladder. Climb the ladder and follow the path to reach the Hot Springs. Once there, you will see Lamond – the Warfarer vocation Maister. You can interact with him to get the Sotted Sage quest.

Pay the price

To get the Hot Spring achievement, you must pay the price for the hot springs. This will only cost you 100 gold. There are no restrictions as to who can enter the hot springs so you won’t need to worry about equipping the Beastren Mask or anything of that sort.

Hot Spring benefits in Dragon’s Dogma 2

There are two effects that the Hot Spring has in Dragon’s Dogma 2. First, it heals any and all scars that your Main Pawn may have. These battle wounds will disappear thanks to the healing remedy but the Arisen scar will remain.

The second effect the spring has is that it will heal all of your missing health. This has no effect on the loss gauge and will only restore health that is restorable. If you aren’t injured or your max health has been decreased, the spring will have no effect.
