How to equip vampire powers in Diablo 4

You can equip vampire powers in Diablo 4 after Season 2’s “The Hunter’s Chase” quest from vampire hunter Erys (played by Gemma Chan). This gives you access to the Sanguine Circle in the inventory tab and your first vampire power, “Undying.” This vampire power gives you some health whenever you cast a skill. There are 21 other vampire powers that require pacts on armor to be used. These pacts come in three types: Ferocity, Divinity, and Eternity. You can equip up to five powers at once.

Chest armor, pants, gloves, boots, and helms can all have unique pacts of varying values and combinations. These determine how powerful your vampire powers can be. These can be upgraded with Diablo 4 Potent Blood from legion events and Blood Harvest events. The most powerful ones require up to 6 specific pacts on your armor. Standalone pacts can be added to your armor too. These can be earned by earning reputation from Hunter’s Acclaim quests.
