Is Dead by Daylight available on Xbox Game pass?

Yes, Dead by Daylight is currently available on Game Pass for all subscribers. Whether you have the standard Xbox Game Pass Core subscription, or the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you’ll be able to download and play the game and participate in its online multiplayer for free. Like most member deals, there are a few small caveats to consider, though.

First of all, you effectively have access to the Standard Edition of the game with Game Pass. This means you you won’t get access to any of the DLC or add-ons, regardless of which subscription plan you have. This means that if you’re looking to play particular killers like the Trapper or Huntress, gain access to additional items, perks and rewards, or pick up specific cosmetics offered in any of the expansions, you’ll need to make a purchase.

Secondly, an ultimate subscription does come with a few minor benefits, if you feel it’s worth your money. You’ll occasionally be able to pick up new cosmetics and skins for free in-game if you’ve got the ultimate subscription pass. Note again though that ultimate subscription doesn’t come with any goodies to help you in gameplay and combat for the survival horror.
