In addition to playing WuWa on PC, you also need to have version 1.6.2 of the game’s launcher. Provided you have updated the official launcher, the “New version Pre-downoad appears below the Start button”.

Kuro says “You can pause the pre-downloading process at any time”. If you pause the preload, all you will need to do is manually start downloading again and it will pick up right where you left off.
