We are fast approaching the next instalment in the Star Wars Jedi franchise. The original released in 2019 to much acclaim, and ever since its release fans have been eagerly awaiting a sequel. Since the release of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order a whole new console generation has come out with the release of the Xbox Series S | X and the PlayStation 5.

It will be great to see the game on these new consoles as it did struggle a little bit from performance issues last time around, with some framerate drops and bad textures on certain planets. However, that begs the question: will Star Wars Jedi: Survivor appear on the Xbox One?

Will Star Wars Jedi: Survivor be on Xbox One?

Sadly, it looks like the end is nigh for the previous generation of consoles as we are seeing them be left behind more and more. It was confirmed when Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was announced that it will not be releasing on the Xbox One, instead only releasing on the next-gen consoles and PC.

This isn’t the first time we have seen this, more recently Gotham Knights was not released on the Xbox One, despite it initially being announced for the console. The further we get into this console generation, the less games we will see on the Xbox One.

We will see more of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor at The Game Awards soon, hopefully we will know even more then.
