The First Descendant should bring back fantastic event that has just expired

The First Descendant Season 1 has been huge thus far. Not only because of the addition of newcomer Hailey Scott, but also because of the significant changes to Invasion Dungeons with more planned for the very near future. While upcoming content is exciting, Nexon should also consider bringing back a newly introduced fantastic event that has just expired in The First Descendant.

There is a lot to look forward to in the world of TFD. A massive multiplayer mode update is on the way, and the developer has recently discussed exciting unannounced plans for Season 1 and beyond. Thanks to the Season 1 schedule change, we are also getting Ultimate Freyna a little earlier as she is set to debut in just one month’s time.

Hailey Scott and the changes to Invasion Dungeons are the most notable aspects of Season 1 thus far, but there was also the introduction of daily and LTM challenges. These have just expired, but they should be brought back to The First Descendant as soon as possible.

The First Descendant should bring back daily changes

Although under the radar compared to the huge addition of Hailey Scott, one of the best aspects of The First Descendant Season 1 was the introduction of Daily Tasks. These were introduced in Season 1, and they only just expired on September 9th.

Daily challenges were reset every day, and tasks included objectives such as completing a certain amount of regional missions and research in exchange for rewards such as gold and XP boosts. As for LTM challenges, these were tasks with rewards that could only be completed once.

As mentioned, daily tasks as an event has expired. However, The First Descendant community seem to unanimously agree that it’s something Nexon should bring back.

Reacting to the conclusion of daily tasks on Reddit, many replies echoed the sentiment, “Got me to log in every day despite normally playing only on weekends, even just for an hour”. More replies said, “The event is amazing. I ain’t gonna complain about free kuiper shards and crystalization catalysts materials”.

The Descendant's Daily Tasks have ended. This system is very common in Korean MMORPGs. Should the TFD dev team keep this event going all the time to make us play the game consistently for rewards? What did you think about this daily quest system?

Hopefully it is something Nexon bring back as it did give players an extra incentive to play TFD every day as opposed to every now and then. Not only that, but the rewards were great for all players, especially with XP boosts able to be redeemed at any time within 90 days.
