We got our first look at The Finals Season 4 in a very short teaser trailer. This teaser showed snippets of the brand new map along with a bunch of other new content that is on the way. Some of this new content includes new weapons for each of the classes: Light, Medium, and Heavy. Embark hasn’t spilled the beans yet, but The Finals community has possibly uncovered all of the new Season 4 weapons for each playstyle.
The release date for The Finals Season 4 is September 26th, and you can try to sign up to play early through a virtual preview event. Embark has confirmed the addition of a new customization option, and they have also confirmed that a controversial feature is not returning despite appearing in the trailer.
There is a lot to anticipate from the brand new map to the return of Cashout in Ranked to the addition of three sponsors to choose between. Of course, there will also be new weapons, and they may have all been uncovered by eagle-eyed fans ahead of Embark’s official outline.
The Finals Season 4 new weapons
The Finals Season 4 teaser trailer has been shared by Embark, and it is full of very quick snippets showing absolute mayhem. We got a new look at the new map officially called, Fortune Stadium, and Embark has confirmed the addition of Sponsored Career.
While all of the above is dandy, Embark is yet to pull the curtain on the new weapons. Fortunately, the game has one of the best communities of any FPS multiplayer shooter, and fans on Reddit have possibly uncovered the new guns exclusive to Heavy, Medium, and Light.
The most obvious new weapon is for Heavy. In the teaser, you can clearly see the Heavy class rocking dual desert eagles. So, basically, you will be able to dual-wield pistols and gun down enemies like Tomb Raider back in the 90s.
As for Light, fans believe they are getting an M26 Modular shotgun. Lastly, for Medium, this has proven to be the most difficult for fans to decipher. One of the top replies guesses a Kel-Tec SU-16, but there are other predictions such as a DMR and M16.
None of the above is official, it’s just educated estimations based off a scene in the Season 4 teaser. Embark hasn’t confirmed the new weapons yet, but, in their latest news post, they have stated players will be able to equip “alternative sights”.
