The Finals is a fantastic multiplayer shooter, and there is a lot of new content available to enjoy thanks to the arrival of Season 4. There’s a new map, new gadgets and weapons, along with the introduction of sponsors and more. While all of this new content is available to everyone, The Finals is set to get a big upgrade that will only be available to limited players.

Before the big upgrade arrives, we are set to get another update from Embark. The Halloween event should start either this week or next, meanwhile, we’re hopeful Embark will ignore calls to nerf a popular weapon. Away from The Finals, fans of Embark will also be able to play the developer’s new multiplayer shooter very soon through a playtest.

While the Halloween event is exciting along with the playtest for Arc Raiders, a lot of players may not be aware that The Finals is set to be a part of the PS5 Pro enhanced club.

The Finals is getting PS5 Pro upgrade

On the PSN store, The Finals is listed as PS5 Pro enhanced. This means Embark’s shooter should be receiving an upgrade exclusive to players who own the PS5 Pro.

The PS5 Pro doesn’t become available until November 7th so it awaits to be seen what upgrades are included for Embark’s title. The most obvious assumption is that there will be slightly better visuals and resolution.

It’s possible there could also be an FPS improvement, but nothing has been revealed as of writing. If you wish to buy a PS5 Pro, it is currently available to pre-order for £699.99.

In addition to The Finals, below is a list of every PS5 Pro enhanced game courtesy of Eurogamer:
