The Finals fans have a big week ahead of them. There are three modes currently active in the game, but a fourth is set to join very soon named Terminal Attack. While this new mode is highly anticipated, so too is the arrival of a goth girl skin teased at the beginning of Season 2. With Embark fully aware of how much it is desired, The Finals developer has shown a huge glow up for the goth girl skin before its eventual release.
As mentioned, the release date for Terminal Attack is imminent. It will be joined by two significant nerfs that have divided fans online. While this massively important update will arrive very soon, the developer has also teased the potential long-term future of the game by telling fans they will try to add a game-changing addition previously seen in early gameplay footage.
Gameplay is always king, but multiplayer games also succeed by selling amazing cosmetics. The Finals is renowned for having some of the best drip, and fans already anticipating the goth girl skin will become even more impatient after seeing the huge glow up from Embark.
The Finals goth girl skin gets huge glow up
We previously reported that fans are anxiously waiting for the goth girl skin to drop in The Finals. This remains the case and developer Embark is fully aware of the community’s anticipation.
This skin was initially seen in the Season 2 trailer. In this trailer, the skin simply rocks dark hair with heavy black makeup and black lipstick. Although fans liked this look, the skin has received a huge glow up as shown by Embark Rob on the game’s official Discord.
In teasing the eventual arrival of the goth girl skin, Embark Rob’s message is accompanied by an image that now shows significantly better black hair with streaks of purple. The complexion and skin looks more impressive and realistic, too, and there’s more color and leather to the attire.

Naturally, fans on Reddit are very happy about the glow up and the developer’s acknowledgement of the goth skin’s existence. One user replied ‘My childhood crush fantasy can be finally realized,’ meanwhile, another user replied, ‘The spike collar. I need that!’.
Alas, there’s no mention of when exactly the skin will come out. It could possibly release alongside Terminal Attack, but it’s also possible it will join the store at a later date before Season 2 ends on June 11th.
