The Finals Season 2 is out and fans are loving all of the new content added to the game. Embark Studios conducted a livestream to promote and celebrate the new chapter’s arrival, and this livestream has resulted in The Finals fans sharing their adoration for Embark Studios developer, Oscar Lundberg.
While mostly everything about The Finals Season 2 is great, there are a few aspects that the community is a little disappointed with. There is an awful new weapon that needs heavy buffs, and some of the community feels that ranked is a step backward. Still, everyone seems to love the new 5v5 Power Shift mode, and Embark Studios has teased a new character customization feature coming soon.
Following the launch of Season 2, the fans have done a good job expressing thanks to Embark Studios. While the whole development team deserves applause for all of the new content and additions, fans especially have a soft spot for the game’s community lead.
The Finals has the ‘funniest developer’
The Finals fans have been praising Embark Studios for all of the new content added in Season 2, and following the livestream they have been sharing their adoration for the studio’s community lead, Oscar Lundberg. This is following Embark Studios Season 2 livestream that took place on March 15th.
Taking to Reddit, fans have dubbed Oscar the ‘funniest developer‘. This is accompanied by a highlight reel of them playing the game and having a good time joking with the chat. One of the highlights of them is responding to a joke saying ‘Nice to see the devs are as bad as me’.
The Reddit OP says they ‘watched the entire livestream and it was so funny… Oscar is just so funny, everyone at Embark Studios is amazing’. Another user said ‘No lie, Oscar is one of the most entertaining “streamers” I’ve watched…There’s something endearing about the fact that he’s pretty decent at the game, but not pro level’.
In another Reddit thread simply titled ‘Oscar is the best‘, a meme has been shared saying we have hands to ‘pat the Oscar, hold the Oscar, cherish the Oscar, forfeit all mortal possessions to Oscar’.
