The Finals Season 4 is only a few weeks away, and Embark has finally given us a first look at the upcoming chapter. They recently showed a teaser trailer, and this has gotten the community excited thanks to the appearance of the new map along with an assortment of new weapons and gadgets. Fans did notice the appearance of a certain controversial feature, but Embark has confirmed it is not returning to The Finals in Season 4.
Embark has confirmed that the release date for The Finals Season 4 is September 26th, so we do not have a very long time left to wait. It is adding a new customization option fans have wanted for an exceedingly long time, and the trailer has also shown the sickest weapon set to be added to the game. If you cannot wait for it to launch, you can try to sign up to play early.
While there are a lot of features teased and announced for the upcoming chapter, Embark has confirmed there will not be any nukes despite appearing in the teaser trailer.
Nukes are not returning in The Finals Season 4
Embark has confirmed that nukes are not returning in The Finals Season 4. In the teaser, eagle-eyed fans noticed the appearance of a nuke for a split-second.
This got the community excited and others worried. Nukes are divisive for obvious aspects, but Embark Dusty has confirmed they are not returning at all.
In response to people claiming nukes are back, Embark Dusty posted on Discord, “Don’t get all excited you nukes and snukes fans! Those are NOT coming back! Media team is getting pinched SO HARD for that misleading frame!”.
A lot of players on the Discord obviously missed the message as concerns about the nuke returning remained. However, Dusty again reiterated, “It’s not happening. No nukes and snukes in S4. I can happily confirm”.
Although some would like nukes to return, it’s probably for the best they are not coming back as they’re extremely divisive. Maybe one day in the future they will return, but at least for now it is not happening in Season 4.
