Tears of the Kingdom player makes an unbelievable Metal Gear creation

Tears of the Kingdom Metal Gear

Two weeks on from the launch of Tears of the Kingdom, and the community’s ability to create some amazing stuff – including one that’s sure to please Metal Gear fans.

While we’ve seen a few impressive Gundam mechs before, one Uran120 on Twitter has now created an amazing machine from Zonai devices that bears more than a passing resemblance to a Metal Gear as made famous by the long-running Konami series. The configuration of wheels, fans and plates are impressive in and of themselves, and the uniform design from the parts used sets it apart from most builds. Of course, the rail cannon on top makes it as dangerous as it is impressive to look at – and we can only salute the effort Uran has gone to make (look, you knew it was coming) a weapon that surpasses Metal Gear.

Metal Gear fans have eaten incredibly well this week, given this comes around the same time as the announcement of Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater, a remake of the third game of the series that will be coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC in the near future. There’ll also be a MGS Master Collection, that will include the original Metal Gear Solid plus the HD Collection versions of MGS2 and MGS3 available in Fall of 2023 on the same platforms.

Back in Tears of the Kingdom, players are going to have to work a little harder if they want to make creations like the one above, as the game’s latest patch seems to have nerfed the item duplication glitches.
