One Starfield fan has now taken their devotion to the next level after creating hand-drawn maps of two in-game cities using the scenes shown throughout various gameplay trailers. The concepts they’ve created were made by using and combining several separate snippets of Atlantis and Akila City, both of which were heavily featured in Bethesda’s most recent previews.

Of course, with the Starfield release date still a couple of months away, the community’s constant theory crafting is largely understandable as the hype surrounding the game continues to build. But even though some player speculations can sometimes be off the mark, this user’s creative effort is seemingly accurate enough due to the extensive research they did and the proof they provided to back up their concept.

Based on two separate posts by a diligent user named RealGame6Klay, they were apparently able to draw up these maps using the context provided by some of the teasers Bethesda have released so far. In both of their threads, they not only included the hand-drawn map itself but also images of the buildings you’ll be able to find throughout along with their estimated positions on the map.

Since most of the scenes in the trailers feature structures and landmarks that appear repeatedly, they used this information to create a top-down layout of both Atlantis and Akila City, which means that it may end up being close to the real thing. It’s worth keeping in mind, though, that the environment shown throughout the trailers so far may not be a complete look at these cities just yet so the design could end up being completely different at launch.

While you wait to find out whether these are accurate depictions of the in-game maps, though, we suggest checking out our guides on the Xenofresh Corporation faction, the Ryujin Industries faction, and the United Colonies faction so you can get familiarize with some of the groups within Starfield.
