The Palworld update has arrived for Xbox players, after having previously been released for Steam users earlier this week. Unfortunately, no new content has been added with this update, instead, it focuses on fixing minor issues with the game, which is never a bad thing.

Although it has been a while since any new content has come to Palworld, players can look forward to a major feature being added this summer. Sadly, players will have to wait a while longer for the PvP Arena mode to be added to Palworld. It was due to be released later this year but has been delayed with no release date given.

Palworld Update Patch Notes

The Palworld update is available to download now. The patch is the same as the Steam version that was released on April 22nd, with no Xbox-specific fixes being made. It is a small patch this time, with it focusing on some minor fixes rather than adding new content.

Check out the full Palworld patch notes below.

Balance Adjustment

  • The electric egg incubator now has increased hatching speed. Hatches at 1.5 times the normal rate

  • Optimized the processing load on dedicated servers

Bug Fixes

  • You can now pet some pals that could not be pet due to a bug that prevented the “pet” option from working correctly
  • Fixed an issue where base pals would sometimes collide with each other on dedicated servers
  • Fixed other minor bugs

Despite dropping off in popularity due to players waiting on new content being added to the game, Palworld still sees a respectable 50,000 concurrent players on Steam each day, with more playing on Xbox too. Pocketpair is hard at work bringing new content to the game, with its latest Pal, Foxcicle, being added earlier this week. However, many players have compared it to the Pokemon Glaceon and Ninetails, and the resemblance is uncanny.
