The MW2 community has decided to create a comprehensive list of in-game bugs that are currently plaguing the game as a way for players to keep track of the issues that are yet to be addressed. But with so many problems present within the latest CoD installment, it seems that fixing all of them before the next game drops is an impossible task for the developers.

According to the post created by one diligent Reddit user, the compilation of issues contains over 100 entries. What makes it even more frustrating is the fact that some of the problems that were listed have been part of the game since launch, meaning Infinity Ward and Raven Software are still yet to address them until now.

Some of the most glaring bugs included in the list are the severe stuttering issues in Season 3 and constant black screen crashes for PC users. Although the former is fairly new to the game, the latter has been a known problem since the game’s launch so its continued presence in the game is discouraging for fans playing on desktop systems.

One other well-known complication included in the list is the rampant abuse of the in-game report system, which has been well-documented since Season 1. A large number of innocent players have frequently fallen victim to MW2’s broken behavioral structure so its continued presence in the list has inevitably frustrated a handful of community members.

Unfortunately, with the new 2023 CoD installment having already been announced, a bulk of these bugs may be left unaddressed for the remainder of the game’s lifespan. Though most players continue to hope that fixes will eventually come, Infinity Ward and Raven Software’s ineffective communication and lack of key quality-of-life updates seemingly indicates that they’re ready to move on from the current series entry.
