SEGA is set to unleash their newest installment in the Yakuza franchise. Once again putting players into the shoes of the legendary Ichiban Kasuga, you will be able to explore the beautiful and warm tropical beaches of Hawaii while gathering a party of zany characters. The release date for Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth is January 26th, 2024. There is no early access pre-order bonus, so the launch day is the same for everyone.
Thanks to its reworked combat, expanded side missions, and brand-new storyline, Infinite Wealth is the most ambitious RGG title yet. With outlandish jobs like the Samurai that tweak party members and unstoppable underdog Ichiban Kasuga taking the reins as the main protagonist, there’s a lot to look forward to.
Kiryu’s bucket list and his walks down memory lane will entice longtime fans of the franchise as well. Fully fleshed optional activities like Crazy Delivery, Miss Match, Sujimon battles, and the Dondoko island sim build on the zany side quests from previous titles.
When does Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth come out?
The release time for Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth is 9 PM PT on January 25th, as well as 12 AM ET/ 12 AM GMT on January 26th. These launch hours come courtesy of the PSN store countdown. On the Microsoft store, the launch hours are the same as listed for PlayStation.
As for PC, the Steam countdown says it come out in one day and four hours as of 10 AM GMT on January 24th. This should translate to 6 AM PT/ 9 AM ET/ 2 PM GMT on January 25th. Because of the release times for console, you can get early access on Xbox by using the New Zealand trick.

Is there a Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth demo
The good news is that there is a Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth demo. The bad news is, at the time of writing, it’s not available for anyone to just download. Rather, the demo is included with the previous spin-off game, 2023’s Like a Dragon Gaiden The Man Who Erased His Name.
To access the demo, you must complete Like A Dragon: The Man Who Erased His Name to its credits. You can then play a 15 minute game trial of Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth with a scenario exclusive to the demo. Progress from the demo will not carry across to the full game, so don’t worry too much if you don’t feel like playing the Special Trial version. Fortunately, Like A Dragon: The Man Who Erased His Name is on Game Pass and is a must-play before Infinite Wealth so get to it!
Will Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth have an English dub
Yes, Sega has confirmed that Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth will launch with an English audio dub, via one of its recent story trailers.
The previous spin-off game, Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Forgot His Name only launched with a Japanese dub with English subtitles. However, a patch was launched a few months after its initial release that added an English dub to the game. Infinite Wealth players who want to hear the game in English from the off won’t have to wait as long – and as a bonus, the English voice dub will also include Hollywood actors Danny Trejo and Daniel Dae Kim in its voice cast.
Kazuma Kiryu’s last adventure will feature a unique mix of quests alongside unforgettable moments at every step of the journey. Will this broken man get to live his last days in peace?
