What is Game Pass?

Is FM23 on Game Pass?
FM23, will once again be available on Game Pass, the Console Edition of the game is confirmed to launch on Game pass from November 8th, the same time it launches on all other platforms.

There is currently no evidence, or suggestions, that there will be an early access for this version of the game, despite there being early access for the PC/Mac Edition.
