Why was FM23 PS5 Delayed?
This year’s entry will be the first time the game has appeared on the PlayStation 5 and Apple Arcade. Similar to last year’s Xbox Edition, the PS5 version will be dubbed FM23 Console and release day and date with the PC version.
However, sadly, the PS5 version of the game was delayed indefinitely , due to “unforeseen complications which have arisen during the submissions and approvals process.”
As mentioned, the game also launched via Apple Arcade for the first time, thanks to the return of the Touch series following a year’s absence. Subscribers to the service will be able to play across iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV.
Meanwhile, Nintendo Switch owners will also get Football Manager 2023 Touch.
The latest edition of Football Manager had fully licensed competitions like the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Conference League too, for the first time.
Over on Xbox, FM23 Console will also be available via Xbox Game Pass from launch, just like last year. So there’ll be more ways than ever to play the beautiful game.
