Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 has been a chaotic season, with the new car meta dividing fans, but the new Fortnite Reload mode brought players back to OG Fortnite, as well as the legendary metal band Metallica being the featured artist of Festival Season 4. But, the season is not over as Pirates of the Caribbean is set to come to the game next week, and now we know what to expect from the collaboration.

Prominent Fortnite leaker HYPED posted on X revealing what to expect from the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration. HYPEX has confirmed everything that will be included in the collaboration;

  • x3 Shop Skins
  • Event Mini-Pass
  • 2 Map Locations + NPCs
  • Ship in a Bottle Mythic Item
  • Treasure Maps, Flint-Knock & Cannons return

Most of this information has been known for a while, but now we have confirmation of what to expect, including the new Ship in a Bottle Mythic item. Not much is known about this Mythic item right now, but with the collaboration beginning on July 19th, it won’t be long until we can use it in-game.

This new Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration will take Fortnite through to the end of Chapter 5 Season 3. It is expected that Season 4 will feature a Marvel collaboration in some way, whether as a way to promote the new Wolverine & Deadpool movie, or a full-themed season similar to Chapter 2 Season 4.

Further leaks have also revealed some major news for Fortnite Festival that will take the rhythm mode through the rest of 2024 and into 2025 as Karol G, Snoop Dogg, and a yet-to-be-revealed K-Pop group will be featured through Seasons 5, 6, and 7, which could also coincide with the start of Chapter 6.
