Developer Codemasters has released the second F1 2021 circuit update, adding the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari circuit also known as Imola.

The famous circuit is named after the founder of Ferrari. It’s described as slightly narrower than most modern tracks, and famous for its fast corners and anti-clockwise direction. While the track was semi-retired from the F1 calendar since 2006, it made its comeback last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

It’s not the only addition in today’s update. with the addition of an “Unsafe Pit Release” option in multiplayer. This means your pit crew won’t wait until there’s a safe place to let you return to the race. Instead, if you exit the pits in the path of an oncoming car, you’ll ghost for a few seconds first. There’s also a new option adding a timeout for multiplayer lobbies, social play templates and more.

The update is the second free circuit addition since adding Portimao last month. You can check out a video of the new Imola circuit in action in the video down below.
