Dragon Quest XI is in development, series creator Yuji Horii has confirmed, who also hinted the game may come to consoles.
Speaking on a radio show in Tokyo, Horii said he would like to see the game on the ‘big screen’, suggesting Dragon Quest XI may come to consoles, though a specific platform wasn’t mentioned.
Dragon Quest’s 30th anniversary is in 2016, so a new game in the series to tie with the date would be fitting.
