We expect another massive update on May 9, 2024. The official Helldivers 2 Warbond FAQ notes that “For right now, Warbonds will be released every second Thursday of the month. Every time a new Warbond is released, you will be able to preview the content, and the Warbonds will never disappear, so you can purchase them or not whenever you want to.”
What’s new in the recent Helldivers 2 updates?
- A recent 01.000.203 update fixed an armor passive and the crossplay bug in addition to other minor fixes.
- Stability fixes were the focus of the 01.000.202 update.
- A common crash was taken down in 01.000.201.
- The 01.000.200 update finally bumped up the level cap from 50 to 150 and balanced weapons like the Arc Thrower and Arc Blitzer.

You’ll need Super Credits to unlock this Premium Warbond and Medals to get specific weapons.

What can you expect from a new Helldivers 2 patch?
In addition to bug fixes, you can expect new content in the form of missions and enemy types. Additions can also arrive in the form of operation modifiers or stratagems like the Patriot Exosuit to enhance your loadout. For instance, the Terminid Shriekers and Automaton Factory Striders were released without an official reveal.
Buffs and nerfs are a common occurrence, be it for enemies (like the spawn rate of Chargers and Bile Titans), stratagem cooldowns, or weapons (the infamous Breaker magazine nerf). These don’t always make the game harder. A patch fixed the Arc Thrower’s charging inconsistencies. Sometimes objectives like Destroy Command Bunkers are changed, with more objective locations or tweaks to make missions easier. The 01.000.200 patch lowered the civilians required to complete the Retrieve Essential Personnel mission. It also introduced new planetary hazards to the game.
