Diablo IV, the next installment in the widely popular Blizzard franchise, will soon be arriving on consoles everywhere based on a trailer that was shown at The Game Awards.

The action-packed clip that was put on display during the show gave players a preview of upcoming title’s cinematic experience. This teaser will surely have players both new and old excited for its arrival. So if you want to know when exactly the game is releasing, then we’ve got you covered.

When is the release date of Diablo 4?
Diablo IV will be releasing on June 6, 2023 according to the last scene of the preview. The rest of the trailer shown during the event depicts a woman walking through a battlefield where a war is being waged.

A figure with light protruding from their back hovers over one of the factions all while chaos is brewing beneath their feet. Towards the end of the scene, the figure lands near the opposition’s area and hurls a spear towards what’s seemingly the enemy’s leader. Before it can reach the target, however, the screen fades to black and the game’s title is displayed on the screen. Check out the launch trailer for yourself below.
Though most of the mechanics from previous titles will be retained in Diablo IV, plenty of new features will also be introduced during it. This includes an open-world aspect as well as player versus player interactions. At the time of writing, five playable classes have been announced which includes Barbarian, Sorceress, Druid, Rogue, and Necromancer.
With only a handful of months until release, the player base couldn’t be more excited for its arrival. Diablo 4 will be available to play on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, and PC.
