Your Inter-Knot rank in Zenless Zone Zero will let you progress through the game and take on more commissions, as well as grant you various rewards and unlock new modes to try out. Learning how to rank up fast will help you tackle fresh content and see more of the story, instead of letting it gate you out of things. There are a few methods to level up fast, and this will naturally happen the more you play.

How to level Inter-Knot fast

To raise your level, you should focus on completing your Proxy Primer, completing every Story, Combat, Exploration, and City Commission you get. Another fantastic way to rank up fast is to spend your Battery Charge to farm for materials and other things to improve your Agents. Levelling this will help you claim all the Polychrome and Master Tape items available as quickly as possible. Try these methods:

  • Spending your Battery Charge.
  • Completing Commissions.
  • Completing the Proxy Primer.
  • Completing your daily Errands.
  • Battle Weekly bosses

Spend Battery Charge

Your Battery Charge is a resource that regenerates over time and you need it to get materials to power up your characters. If you’re familiar with Genshin Impact or Honkai Star Rail, this is your Original Resin/Fuel. Each time you spend your Battery Charge and clear a stage, whether this is for getting Agent materials or grinding for Drive Discs, you’ll get around 600 – 1000 Inter-Knot Credit depending on your rank.

Commissions

Commissions are quests that you clear at the HDD. You can get four types of Commissions, and completing them nets you plenty of great rewards like Polychrome and Credits. When you can, take a look at the Fast-Travel menu to see if any Commissions can be picked up. Generally, you’ll be clearing side Commissions during downtime when the game is asking you to reach a certain rank.

Proxy Primer

The Proxy Primer contains several pages of challenges and tasks to complete, all of which give you 100 EXP. You can see your list of tasks in the Compendium and select the Primer tab. When you clear all the tasks available, you can get the main reward at the top, which will bring you new tasks to complete.

Complete daily Errands

Errands are your daily source of Polychrome and other things like Inter-Knot Credit and Dennys. Each real-world day, you have daily Errand tasks to complete. These tasks are extremely easy, making it simple to get your daily rewards and work towards improving your rank. Each task gives you Heat, and when you get to 400 Heat, you’ll have completed your Errands. For doing this, you get 600 EXP.

Battle the Weekly bosses

There are weekly bosses you can fight in ZZZ and defeating one grants you 400+ Inter-Knot Credit. These battles an only be tackled three times each week, and they give you materials for your characters. The best part is that these fights don’t cost you any Battery Charge, just make sure you fight something that has materials for the characters you want to level.
