It will soon be the end of an era as the Warzone Caldera end date and time fast approaches. Following its successful launch in 2019, CoD publisher Activision has decided to take down its initial battle royale servers to “focus on future Call of Duty content, including the current Warzone free-to-play experience.”
Though several new series entries, including the Modern Warfare 3 release date and MW3 Zombies, are set to arrive over the next few months, this hasn’t stopped diehard fans from lamenting the loss of the opening Warzone installment. So, if you want to mourn it by dropping in one last time, here’s when the end date and time will be.
Warzone Caldera end date
The Warzone Caldera end date will be on September 21, 2023, on all platforms, including the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Activision announced that it will take the opening battle royale’s servers down on this date in a short announcement through the official Call of Duty blog.
Warzone Caldera predicted end time
We expect the Warzone Caldera end time to occur at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST. Since this is when the developers release most updates and hotfixes, this window will likely remain the same when Activision takes the beloved battle royale’s servers offline. But since the CoD publisher hasn’t confirmed this information yet, you will need to take it with the customary grain of salt for now.
